Every post gets set in concrete below the frost line, and we space rails and pickets to handle wood movement in our Texas climate.

We also orient grain and knots away from weather when we can. Installation takes a few days depending on length, and we haul away all debris when we're done.

Do you need a permit for a fence in The Woodlands?
Yes, The Woodlands requires a permit for most fences over 4 feet. We handle the permit process and make sure your fence meets setback rules. It's part of the job.
What's the difference between cedar and pressure-treated pine?
Cedar looks better and smells great, but costs more and needs regular staining to hold color. Pressure-treated pine is cheaper and more durable without maintenance, though it starts out a greenish-gray color that weathers to silver.
